Welcome Week & Check-In

Greensboro College Check-In: Spring 2021

All traditional students are required to attend check-in.  This is where you receive your Pride Card (student ID card), parking pass, and keys to your residence hall.  Be sure to read the How to Prepare section below to make your check-in process as smooth as possible!

New Traditional Student Check-in for non-athlete students entering in the Spring 2021 semester will be held on Monday, February 1, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Lea Center of Main Building.


How to Prepare

complete the following items prior to check-in

  • From your Empower Pride Page:
    • Complete any necessary forms under “Steps to Enroll” including GC Alert
    • Check the Financial Aid section to ensure you’ve turned in all required documents
    • Complete the Parking Form if you plan to bring a car to campus
    • Complete the Not Anymore training found under the Sexual Misconduct Prevention section
  • Create your Magnus Health account and complete all required items (contact Lauren Childrey at lauren.childrey@greensboro.edu with questions)
  • Discuss payment options with Student Accounts (stuaccts@greensboro.edu) so you have a plan in place to pay your tuition

The address for a GPS device is 815 West Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27401.
Check-in will take place in the Lea Center on the first floor of Main Building.
