There are multiple options available to students to pay their account balance each semester. In addition to convenient direct payment options, students can also take advantage of financial aid, a monthly tuition payment plan, various loan options, or a college savings account (if applicable).
Payment for your semester bill can be made directly through your Pride Page. Students will need to access the “Student Account & Payment” web page that is located under the “Billing & Your Student Account” tab.
If you need help accessing your Pride Page, please contact our Registrar’s Office ([email protected]).
Direct payment can be made in person during regular business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) at the Office of Student Accounts, which is in Office 107 in the Main Building on campus. The Office of Student Accounts can accept cash, checks, certified check, and debit/credit card.
Students can call the Office of Student Accounts to make a debit/credit card payment over the phone. Payment can be made by calling the office at (336) 272-7102, ext. 5205 during the hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Payment sent through the mail must be received by the college prior to the first day of classes. In order to ensure that payments are sent directly to the Office of Student Accounts, send all mail payments to the following address:
Attn: Student Accounts Office
815 W. Market St.
Greensboro, NC 27401
Students should apply for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The Office of Student Financial Services will use your FAFSA to offer you grants, scholarships, and low-interest federal loans (if eligible). We also recommend seeking out additional scholarships from outside sources. For more information about outside scholarships, click here.
The Office of Student Financial Services works with ECSI to provide a monthly payment plan for our students. The monthly payment plan is an interest-free alternative to paying your student account in a single payment each semester. Enrollment details are based on student type (traditional undergraduate, adult undergraduate, etc).
The Parent PLUS Loan is a federal loan offered to eligible parents of dependent students. If approved, the loan may be used to cover your remaining balance. If not approved, you may be offered additional Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan funds.
Your parent will need to complete the loan application online at StudentAid.gov using their Parent FSA ID (the same username and password that was used to sign the FAFSA).
Private lenders and banks offer private educational loans to qualifying students and parents. In most cases, the student or parent will need a creditworthy co-signer to be approved for the loan. Terms and conditions are set by the bank or lending institution. Applications for private loans are available on the lender or bank’s website.
If your parent has signed up for Florida Prepaid, you can use the plan to help cover part of your remaining balance.
