Our Business Administration and Economics Department strives to cultivate the confidence, critical-thinking skills, and dedication students need to succeed in business.

Through in-class curriculum and practical experience, business students learn the fundamentals of business, leadership, management, communication, and analysis. In addition to coursework, the Business Department provides individualized guidance outside the classroom to help students kick start their careers. Tapping well-established connections with local businesses, our department empowers students to work on projects in the Triad community, network with reputable leaders, and intern at top companies. With one-on-one help and support, business students graduate with a wealth of well-rounded academic and professional experiences under their belts.
