Adam Pennell

Adam Pennell currently serves as a Professor of Mathematics and Chair of the Department of Mathematics. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and completed his Ph.D. in mathematics at North Carolina State University. He taught for three years at Bluefield College, and he has been at Greensboro College since 1998. He is a T³™ National Instructor, and he loves exploring new ways to help students learn. When Adam is not teaching, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.

Dr. Josh Fitzgerald earned his master's from Virginia Tech University (studied astrodynamics) as well as earning an Engineering Mechanics Ph.D. He joined the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX as an Advanced Mission Design Engineer, optimizing trajectories for the Artemis II and III missions to return humans to the moon.
