One Pride Family Programs

GC One Pride Family Program is a guide for supporting students through their journey while at Greensboro College.

Parents will gain a greater awareness of all the resources students have access to while at Greensboro College. Through the GC One Pride Family program we offer guidance to parents on how they can support their child while in college, clarity on preparing to send a student off to college and helping a student transition after graduating.  Family Day is a great time for families to become more familiar with the Greensboro College Campus as well as explore the city of Greensboro. We hope to make all families feel supported, enriched and engaged, and look forward to having everyone connected.

Dr. Josh Fitzgerald, Greensboro College class of 2019

“I loved the GC Honors program and Greensboro College. I felt safe and a sense of genuine belonging at the college. I worked closely with my thesis advisor and professors who helped inspire me to define my path and passion of interest. That path has led me to complete my doctoral studies in Engineering Mechanics.”
