Transcripts cost $10 per copy.
Students may come in person to complete a transcript request form, pay the Student Accounts Office, and take their transcript(s) with them, or have us mail it to whatever recipient is designated.
Students may complete the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM and mail it to us, or they can send a written request to the Registrar’s Office at the address listed below with the following information:
Because of the Federal Government’s privacy act, ONLY the student may request their transcript. Parents, spouses, other family members, etc. CAN NOT make the request on behalf of the student. Transcript requests are processed as soon they are received. Once a student’s account has been cleared by the Student Accounts and Collections Office (to be sure that money is not owed to the College, or that a student is not behind on a student loan payment) transcripts will be sent to whoever is designated as the recipient.
If students need their transcripts in a hurry, they may send the request to us by overnight mail. The Greensboro College mail room cannot accommodate special mailing request, such as overnight mail or FedEx, unless the student includes A PRE-PAID, PRE-ADDRESSED return mailer.
Mail your transcript request to:
