Campus Resources
Greensboro College deeply cares about the academic success, wellness and health of its students, allowing them the opportunity to seek free resources they may need at any time, including confidential spaces to find emotional, medical, physical, psychological, and mental support. We are committed to assisting our students as they navigate adjustment issues, classroom stress, relationship trouble, family concerns, and other challenges in their personal and academic lives.
Name Change – Students, Faculty, and Staff
Greensboro College is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for all students, faculty, and staff. The College offers a process and guidelines for the use of chosen student names and the handling of name changes, also known as “dead names”, to ensure respect, dignity, and legal compliance.
This applies to all students, faculty, and staff at Greensboro College in all official and informal interactions, including but not limited to academic records, communication, and identification systems.
