Greensboro College Offers Personal Finance Course Beginning May 2

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Greensboro College will offer the course “Foundations in Personal Finance: Winning with Money,” at 6 p.m. Thursdays, May 2, 9, 16, and 23.

Registration is $399 and includes bringing a guest for free, instruction, one set of materials to share and online access for a year.

The Foundations in Personal Finance workshop is for those who want to understand how money works, so they can start winning with money. This material empowers participants to be able to control their money, eliminate debt, and gain momentum in achieving their financial goals. It’s that course that addresses the: “Hey, why didn’t they teach us that in school?” material.

Learn from an experienced Money Coach whose passion is teaching others how to win with money. She will take you step-by-step through Dave Ramsey’s proven method in Personal Finance.

This workshop is designed for anyone who:

  • Feels anxious about money issues and wants to find a personal starting point
  • Experiences stress in relationships because of money
  • Wants to gain control of money
  • Wants to learn some of the basics of saving and investing
  • Knows what a budget is but would like to really learn how to use one to get results
  • Has debt and wants a game plan to win with money
  • Wants to gain a skill that you will use the rest of your life.
