Dr. Mark Luna is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the School of Business. He has earned a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. His doctoral research examined managers’ personal experiences about their promotional path for advancement and how their cultural, human, and social capital influenced their self-perceptions of career and promotability. Dr. Luna also holds a master’s degree in Executive Management from Claremont Graduate University and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from the University of Southern California. He enjoys teaching along with helping students improve their understanding of business in order to promote their own career success. Finally, he has extensive work experience in client relations, retail sales, and sales management.

Joshua currently studies astrodynamics at Virginia Tech University and is an Engineering Mechanics Ph.D. Candidate.
