JOB SUMMARY:
The Greensboro College Women’s Soccer assistant helps facilitate recruiting plans, practice, games, and office administrative work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting Coordinator consists of traveling to soccer clubs and high school tournaments around the country in efforts to help identify players for Greensboro College.
Practice Facilitator consists of assisting the Head Women’s Soccer Coach with practice sessions that will help the Greensboro College women’s soccer program in preparation for their season.
Game Facilitator consists of assisting the Head Women’s Soccer Coach with game operations that will help the Greensboro College women’s soccer program compete during a game.
Office Administration consists of assisting the Head Women’s Soccer Coach with day-to-day administration paperwork completed in the office. Administration paperwork consists of but not limited to:
- Recruiting emails
- Recruiting phone calls
- Recruiting visits
- Recruiting tours
- Practice plans
- Game plans
- Team management
- Home and away game operations
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- NCAA Collegiate recruiting preferred
- NCAA Collegiate practice and game day experience preferred
- NCAA office administration experience preferred
