Located a block from main campus, The Reynolds Center offers numerous opportunities to participate in intramural, recreation and fitness activities, work out in the weight room or swimming pool, grab a cup of coffee, study, purchase books and supplies, meet friends for late-night fun, enjoy regularly scheduled entertainment, or just relax.
The Reynolds Center houses the offices of Student Activities, Religious Life, Village 401, and other student organizations. The Book Store is located in the building as well.
The Reynolds Center strives to provide a safe, fun atmosphere for the entire college community. On any given day, the Reynolds Center is filled with students enjoying the many things offered in the building.

The areas of the Reynolds Center are available to all current Greensboro College students, faculty and staff, as well as any member holding a current membership. The ONLY time other groups can use areas of the Reynolds Center is through reservation.
The Gym is located on the second floor and is used for intramural events, basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, indoor lacrosse, baseball/softball, rainy day practices (for all sports), outside reservations for athletic camps. It can accommodate 3 full basketball or volleyball games at the same time.
There is one squash court and three racquet ball courts located on the second floor of the Reynolds Center. The squash court is the only court in Greensboro. The courts are used for racquetball and squash as well as indoor soccer and lacrosse training.
The squash and racquet ball courts are available through a separate membership (see memberships for more information).
The weight room is a 5,000-square-foot facility with cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, a rowing machine and stationary bikes. It includes Nautilus and Cybex equipment located in the middle of the fitness center, and the free weights are in the back. Heavy lifting equipment is in the far back room.
The aerobics room is a 1,300-square-foot area used as a place to stretch, do sit ups, use balls and cords, and light free weights. The room is used for classes such as cardio kickboxing, yoga, aerobics, etc.
The coterie is an area that can house small receptions or meals.
The Reynolds Center pool is an updated, 6-lane, L-shaped pool with a shallow wading pool attached. It is fully equipped with starting blocks, handicap-accessible entry, and equipment that can be borrowed during open swim. Balcony seating is available for spectators.
It is home to Greensboro College's men's and women's swimming programs and is available for rent when not in use.

The Student Work Room is a place for students to use computers, hold club meetings, study, etc.
The Mane Stage is a 3500 square foot performance areas used for small productions, large group meetings, student life events (such as comedians, big screen movies, etc.) and outside events.
The Lounge Area is located outside of Mane Stage and the Coterie and can used as a place to study, hangout, or watch TV.
All middle college students may use the facility; however, the weight room is off limits unless supervised by a professor. (Must provide Pride Card)
Memberships are available to the public and can be purchased for $160 per year, with an additional $50 per person for additional family members. Memberships include full use workout facilities, gym, racquetball and squash courts, and classes. (Year starts in January. Memberships starting throughout the year will be prorated for the remainder of that year.)

Students are allowed to bring guests at a cost of $5 per day. Faculty and staff are also allowed to bring guests at a cost of $5 per day. Individual guest day passes can be purchased through the Director or Assistant Director of the Reynolds Center.
The Reynolds Center no longer permits community guest access with the $5 Guest Pass. Access to the facility is ONLY for current students and members, with their Pride Card. $5 Guest Passes will only be available for the single guest of a current GC student, and can be limited. No exceptions to this policy will be made.
Children under the age of 16 ARE NOT PERMITTED in this area. Proper attire is required.
Any campus group shall be permitted to reserve any space that is not scheduled for open time. For example, the weight room cannot be reserved for an athletic team any time during regular hours of operation. Reservations are limited to two hours unless otherwise approved. Groups reserving any facilities are responsible for any damaged equipment and general cleaning of equipment and facility.
Groups wishing to reserve space will be scheduled on a priority basis.
In the event of inclement weather, the Reynolds Center will remain open, even if the rest of the school is closed.

This waiver form MUST be completed by each person in the outside group before using the facility. Completing the form prior to arrival and bringing it with you will help speed the check-in process. Otherwise, they will be filled out upon arrival.
If your group has any participants who are MINORS (under 18 years of age) this form MUST be filled out by a parent/legal guardian before they can use the facility.
When your group arrives, you must check-in with the Director or Assistant Director of the Reynolds Center.
This form must be filled out for ANY injury which MAY require first aid or medical attention. Follow all instructions.
Various intramural events run throughout the year, including the ever popular 3v3 basketball, dodge ball, indoor soccer, and many more! A variety of fitness classes are offered at the Reynolds Center. Classes include but are not limited to cardio kickboxing, yoga, tai chi, water aerobics and Pilates.
