Greensboro College will offer a one-day notary public workshop, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1. Participants who attend this one-day workshop, and successfully pass the notary public examination are eligible to apply for the North Carolina Notary Public Commission.
To attend this program, students must be 19, have a high school diploma or GED, and have never been convicted of a felony. Participants must bring a current drivers license to class to be eligible to sit for the exam.
The cost is $139 (includes current Notary Public Guidebook). Application and stamp fees are additional and the responsibility of the student.
