JOB SUMMARY:
Greensboro College is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented enrollment professional to serve as Associate Director of Admissions.
Reporting directly to the Vice President for Enrollment, this position serves as a key member of the enrollment leadership team and plays a significant role in helping the College achieve its undergraduate enrollment goals through recruitment strategy, territory management, relationship building, and data-informed enrollment planning.
The Associate Director will focus primarily on enrollment growth and student recruitment while partnering closely with another Associate Director who oversees admissions operations, campus visit programs, event planning, and office management. This structure allows the successful candidate to maintain a strong focus on recruitment, enrollment strategy, and relationship development while working collaboratively to provide an exceptional experience for prospective students and families.

Dr. Josh Fitzgerald earned his master's from Virginia Tech University (studied astrodynamics) as well as earning an Engineering Mechanics Ph.D. He joined the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX as an Advanced Mission Design Engineer, optimizing trajectories for the Artemis II and III missions to return humans to the moon.
