Department of MUSIC

Our Department of Music is committed to developing the musical knowledge, appreciation, talents, skills, and teaching abilities of its students.

With a reputable, well-rounded, and in-depth degree program, music students graduate Greensboro College as experts in their craft, fully prepared to pursue their passions as professional musicians or music teachers. Compared to larger, more competitive schools, music students at Greensboro College have more opportunities and experience performing in musicals, participating in operas, teaching music, and working one-on-one with professional musicians.
