Greensboro College Names Lauren Jefferson Financial Aid Coordinator

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Greensboro College has named Lauren Jefferson its financial aid coordinator.

In that role, she works with the Department of Financial Aid to prepare aid packages for students. About 99% of the college’s students are offered some form of financial aid.

She comes to the college from JCrew, where she had been an assistant manager in Winston-Salem since July. Previously she had been a manager at the Copper Penny boutique in Winston-Salem, a retail sales specialist at Bare Minerals in Winston-Salem, an operations analyst for Hanesbrands, a nursing administrative assistant for Cone Health, and a keyholder with Rebecca & Co. in Greensboro.

She also has been a yoga and Pilates instructor for Cone Health since 2013.

She holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
