Design & Marketing

If you would like assistance in creating a brochure and marketing your program for the college, we would like to help. We can give assistance in printing, photography, mailing, Web design and writing. To schedule a time when we can look at your project, please fill out the form below. All project requests must come through this form so that we can track and manage project work effectively.

As a general rule, a brochure normally takes two to three months from concept to completion, including printing and mailing. Please keep in mind how much you have budgeted for this project including printing, photography, mailing and writing.  We would be happy to give you guidance in these areas.

Project Form

Please keep in mind that it could take a minimum of two months for your project. A good way to predict a time line is to count backward from the date you need the finished piece in the hands of your target audience.  If your time constraints are tighter, please fill out the form and give us a call. Thanks.

Please provide a description of what you may have in mind, such as a brochure, poster or post card. Don't forget what size the item needs to be and how many copies you will need.

Estimating Your Cost

Printing
This site is a starting point for a basic estimate for simple and standard format projects. More complicated projects will have to be priced out.

Photography

The college has a photographer on retainer for select periods. If you would like to have some photos taken please call us to discuss it. A good photographer can cost $250/hour or more. Stock photography is another option that can be less expensive, depending on the image requirements. We will guide you in the right direction.

Mailing
Decide how you want to mail your brochure. First class (the most expensive)? Bulk? Does it have variable data? Will it be a self-mailer or go into an envelope? All of these issues can affect cost.

Variable Data
A form of printing in which elements such as text, graphics and images may be changed from one printed piece to the next. This technique adds to the cost of a job.
